Basic course
Structured as a 24-hour immersive program—offered either as a 2-night,
3-day retreat or as a 3-day commuting format—the training invites participants
into the embodied cultivation of HST’s core and supporting practices.
At the heart of the training is the foundational practice, Being Awake in Authentic Presence with a Loving Smile.
Supporting practices include Awakening the Five Senses, Tea Meditation, Eye and Tongue Yoga, Gratitude and Love Movement,
Deep Fascia Body Scan (in a lying-down po-sition), Gratitude-Love Walking Meditation, Sound Meditation,
Gratitude-Acceptance Meditation, and Happiness Mind Matrix Contemplation.
