Heartsmile Meditation Research Society refuses to collect e-mail addresses on its website without permission
We refuse to collect e-mail addresses posted on this website without permission by using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices.
Please note that any violation of this will be criminally punished under the Information and Communication Network Act.
I agree with the contents of the personal information processing policy guide.
- Anyone who collects, sells, distributes e-mails without permission using technical devices or uses them will be fined up to 10 million won under Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Utilization Promotion and Information Protection Act.
- No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph (1).
- No person shall know that the e-mail address is prohibited from being collected, sold and distributed pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2), and shall not use it for the transmission of information.
- No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without prior consent from the Internet homepage operator or manager.
