The Heart-Smile Training Research Institute holds a monthly HST practice session at 7:30 p.m.
on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. In this session, those who completed the HST program
get together and have their practice examined by Ven. Misan Sunim. Here the practice of each
practitioner may be enhanced by asking questions about what they have experienced and their
thoughts during daily practice.
